How is billing calculated? How much is one generation?
Pay per use, no card, no subscription, no monthly fee. 1 credit = ¥0.01, minimum 10 credits per image ('from ¥0.1 per image'); prices vary slightly by tool and model, the cost is shown before every generation, and top-up credits never expire.
What top-up promotions are there?
Three perks, all credited automatically: ① 50 credits on sign-up for new users, ready to use for generating; ② an extra 50% of the credited amount on your first top-up; ③ after an invited friend makes their first top-up, you each get 50 credits.
Which e-commerce platforms do the generated images support?
Pre-checks image sizes and content rules for Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Amazon and Douyin Shop (no approval guarantee). Download and list according to each platform's requirements.
How do old-photo restoration and watermark removal work?
Old-photo restoration: upload a blurry, damaged or faded photo, then optionally recolor and upscale it in HD. Watermark removal: upload and the watermark is detected and removed automatically, or brush over the watermark area for precise removal. Please make sure you have the right to use the image.
Are there copyright limits on generated images?
You own full usage rights to the images you generate and may use them commercially, subject to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policy. Make sure your uploads do not infringe anyone's intellectual property; use watermark removal only on images you have the rights to.

Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank card payments are supported (some channels settle via Waffo); the checkout shows estimated fees before you pay, and each order's status is visible on the in-app orders page.
Will I be charged credits if generation fails?
No. Failed generations cost nothing; if an async task was pre-charged at submission and ends in failure, the pre-charged credits are refunded automatically and can be checked in your credit history.
Can I get a refund?
Spent credits are not refundable in cash; unused credits within 24 hours of purchase can be refunded self-service on the in-app orders page, returned via the original payment method with a fee breakdown shown before confirming. See the refund policy in the Terms of Service for details.
Can I get an invoice?
After an order completes, if an invoice link is available you can open it via 'View invoice' on the in-app orders page; if there is no link or you need another document, contact support ([email protected]).
How do I sign up and log in?
Sign up and log in with your email — your email is your account; if you forget your password, reset it with a verification code sent to your registered email.
How do I download results? Are video and audio billed separately?
Image, video and audio results are all saved to your asset library for online preview and download (images support batch download); video and audio are also billed per use, with the cost shown before every generation — the page display governs.
